Terms of Use
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jevo. By creating an account or using Jevo, you agree to them.
1. About Jevo
Jevo is a personal finance app operated by Michael Griffey ("Jevo", "we", "us"). It helps you record spending, track budgets and share household bills. Contact: [email protected].
2. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions
- Jevo requires a paid subscription, available monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store. New subscribers may get a free trial; the length is shown before you subscribe.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Jevo account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- One subscription gives access to one Jevo account. We may change prices with notice, and a change applies from your next renewal as Apple's rules allow.
4. Licence (Apple)
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails for the app licence.
5. Your content
The information you put into Jevo stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Jevo for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Using Jevo responsibly
Don't misuse Jevo: no breaking the law, attempting to access other people's data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering it, or using it to harm others.
7. Not financial advice
Jevo is a tool for keeping track of your money. It does not give financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Receipt reading is automatic and can be wrong, so always check amounts before saving. Budgets and reports are only as accurate as what you enter.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Jevo running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Our responsibility
Jevo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate data, service interruptions or things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be excluded.
10. Ending things
You can stop using Jevo and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Jevo means you accept the updated terms.
