Delete your account

You can delete your Jevo account and everything in it whenever you like.

In the app

1. Open Jevo and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your budget profiles, transactions, categories, recurring items and income details.
• Your receipt photos and the text read from them.
• Your household membership, and what you added to it.
• Your subscription record on our servers.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, because Apple handles billing. To stop being charged, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Jevo and tap Cancel.
